KOSMOS Lighting Group was founded in 1993. Its majors in marketing, product developing and distributing batteries, energy-saving lamps, lighting fixtures, flashlights and solar-powered lights. The company is a leading player in all relevant categories in Russia and the CIS.

Goods are manufactured and sold under the brands KOSMOS Premium, KOSMOS, & SUPERMAX.

Key manufacturers are located in mainland PRC and Russia (a total of 35 factories). The KOSMOS assortment range is available in all major retail networks in various cities of the Russian Federation, whether these are hypermarkets (AUCHAN, METRO, MAGNIT etc.) or specialized networks of electrical appliances or DIY. Our products are supplied to Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Armenia and Kirgizia. Sales in EU countries have been conducted since 2010-2011 to countries such as Greece, Italy, Spain and Bulgaria.

Under the 2013-2015 company strategy stress is placed upon further development of distribution in Europe and beginning pilot sales in China, countries of South-East Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

Over 100 million KOSMOS brand products are annually sold in over 12 countries of the world.

  B2B is a separate branch of the company’s corporate activity since 2011. One of the key fields of B2B operations is engineering and systems integration. Our approach is based on offering integrated lighting solutions. The company is recommended for accreditation by the Moscow area Department of Energy and has a vast portfolio of completed lighting projects in such cities as Moscow, Moscow area, Novgorod, Rostov, Smolensk, Kostroma districts etc.

1. Energy auditing; developing and conducting energy-service activities aimed at decreasing overall power consumption in the fields of outdoor and indoor lighting on all kinds of infrastructure objects, municipal and socially-oriented buildings.

In 2011 KOSMOS Lighting Group initiated and began to coordinate the creation of the Global Lighting Alliance in Russia (GLA RUSSIA). The Alliance seeks to unite leading Russian developers, manufacturers and distributors of energy-saving lamps and lighting fixtures for indoor and outdoor lighting, bearings, lamp posts and cable products.

The aim of the Alliance is the development and production of innovative lighting equipment that would be competitive both on the Russian domestic and global markets. The GLA’s development strategy implies active participation of distributors and developers of lighting technologies basing in Europe, the PRC, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, India and other countries of South-East Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
